How to order
Step 1: Price estimate
To find out what the job will cost, please complete the order form or call a project manager on +7 495 661-06-88 and send him or her the documents to be translated.
Step 2: Our quote
The project manager will quickly get back to you to quote a price for the job and the options, depending on:
- Translation quantity
- Additional services required (editing, formatting, notarization)
Step 3: Finalizing the order
If you agree to the terms, we enter into an agreement with you for the provision of translation services, which will be e-mailed for you to read and sign. Then, if a prepayment applies, you make a transfer to the company's bank account and return the signed agreement by mail or courier service. At the same time, a job order is created in the company's order management system (CRM)*, and an email is sent to you containing a link to the job order along with a username, password, and instructions for using the CRM. The job order will show all the details of your request ‒ the deadline, estimated price, estimated size of translation, target language, graphic design requirements, and so forth. The project manager will place the first order for you, after which you can place all subsequent orders yourself.
Step 4: Performing the assignment
After the signed agreement and prepayment have been received, the project manager will immediately assign the job to begin.
The project manager will keep in touch with you to coordinate the project. To make working on the project easier, all messages are sent via the CRM.
Step 5: Returning the translation
After the translation has been completed per your requirements, we send it to you by uploading it into the CRM, whereupon you receive an email notification.
Step 6: Feedback
If you have any questions or comments on the translation, you can enter them in the CRM under your project address, and the project manager will immediately take action as required. Your opinions are very important to us, since we make every effort to maintain a high level of service. We highly appreciate feedback from our clients and do everything we can to accommodate their wishes.
